Stacey Brancheau established the Brancheau Law Firm to assist individuals and their families in their desire to protect, preserve and pass on wealth in an efficient manner. In 2016, the firm acquired Miner Law Offices, and continues to serve their clients. The firm counsels clients on a wide variety of legacy planning issues including; estate planning, long term care planning, medicaid planning, asset protection, guardianships, conservatorships, probate and trust administration.
We encourage our clients to build out a team of professional advisors, including CPAs, Investment Advisors, Insurance Professionals, Trust Officers and Bankers. We strive to build a trusting relationship with our client's other advisors. Working in collaboration as a team of professionals, our clients benefit by knowing they have a well coordinated wealth plan.
Our team has over 50 years of combined experince helping individuals and families navigate the often overwhelming process of creating, implementing and execuitng an individual plan uniquiely designed to carry out the clients wishes, leaving a legacy for their children and their children's children.
Attorney Stacey Brancheau is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ professional and has earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. With over 25 years of experience in the wealth planning industry, serving as an attorney, financial planner, fiduciary advisor and senior trust officer for a regional bank, she is uniquely qualified to assist her clients in developing a comprehensive plan to ensure that their loved ones have the information, guidance and resources necessary in the event of the client’s incapacity or death. Susan Temple, Senior Legal Assistant and former Senior Deputy Register with the Genesee County Probate Court, brings over 25 years of experience regarding probate matters.
