With over 25 years of estate planning experience, and her knowledge as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ professional (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Stacey assists her clients in leaving a legacy for generations to come. She enjoys meeting with clients to build a long lasting relationship and to understand each individual's desire for their plan. Working closely with the client and their team of professional advisors, she develops, formalizes and assists in the implementation of a customized estate plan. Stacey has resided in the Fenton community over the past 30 years, with her husband. She is a graduate of Fenton High Schools and strong ties to the community. She has a special place in her heart for the senior community and volunteers at the Loose Senior Citizen Center, offering free consultations. Stacey has three sons and enjoys spending time on the water with her family, water-skiing and boating.
Susan L. Temple
Senior Legal Assistant
Probate and Trust Administration
Prior to joining The Brancheau Law Firm in 2017, Susan held the position of Senior Deputy Register at the Genesee County Probate Court. She brings 24 years of experience focusing on probate matters, including decedent's estates, wills, guardianships and conservatorships. She works closely with our clients who are acting as Personal Representatives and Trustees. Susan is a long-time resident of Fenton Michigan and resides there with her two sons. She has been a member of St. John's church and serves on the core committee for St. Johns Applefest. She is also the President of Fenton hockey boosters club. In her free time, she can be found in the hockey arena or on the baseball field, cheering on her children.
Stacy J. LaVoie
Stacy joins our staff with a diverse background including 15 years of entrepreneurial, executive administration, client service, and bookkeeping experience, gained both as a business owner herself and from working for Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management division. In addition, Stacy has five years of technical experience in engineering and manufacturing, and she graduated with honors from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Stacy’s technical writing skills bring a keen attention to detail to our estate planning service. In her free time Stacy enjoys spending time with her daughter and her two sons. She has enjoyed serving in her local church and community for over 25 years. Currently Stacy is serving in the Fenton Center of Hope, Fenton Good News for Women, and the Linden High School Band program.
