Founder and Principal
Stacey N. Brancheau brings over 30 years of experience in estate planning, along with advanced credentials as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). She advises clients in the development of sophisticated, customized estate plans designed to preserve wealth and create lasting legacies.
Known for her thoughtful and client-centered approach, Stacey works closely with individuals and their professional advisors to design, formalize, and implement estate planning strategies tailored to each client’s specific goals and circumstances.
Stacey has been a dedicated member of the Fenton community for over 30 years. A graduate of Fenton High School, she maintains strong local ties and a longstanding commitment to serving seniors, including many years of volunteer service at the Loose Senior Citizen Center, where she previously provided educational support and consultations.

Susan L. Temple
Senior Legal Assistant
Probate and Trust Administration
Prior to joining The Brancheau Law Firm in 2017, Susan held the position of Senior Deputy Register at the Genesee County Probate Court. She brings 24 years of experience focusing on probate matters, including decedent's estates, wills, guardianships and conservatorships. She works closely with our clients who are acting as Personal Representatives and Trustees. Susan is a long-time resident of Fenton Michigan and resides there with her two sons. She has been a member of St. John's church and serves on the core committee for St. Johns Applefest.
